Today, Dated May 24, 2013 newly appointed Honorable Vice chairman Dr. Rabindara Kumar Shakya has taken charge of the Vice chairman on his chamber.  On the welcome program Member secretary Mr. Yubraj Bhusal including all the employee of National Planning Commission Secretariat has welcomed the VC with bookie of flowers. In the same program newly appointed VC gave instructions to the National Planning Commission Secretariat staffs and visited every chamber of the employees and take information from the employees. Joint Secretary Mr. Purusottam Ghimire and Program Director Mr. Sagar Acharya has assisted the VC to visit each chambers of NPCS.
